Echo Issues with TP Link Bulbs & Switches
« on: May 01, 2017, 11:05:50 am »
I've got an Echo and an Echo Dot controlling 5 TP-Link bulbs (LB110) and two outlets (HS100). For the first couple weeks everything worked fine, however now when I tell Echo to turn on or off a group of devices, many times Echo will take a long time to complete the request and some of the devices won't turn on or off.

All of the devices are still listed in the Echo App. Sometimes some of them will randomly start functioning again without any changes from me. They also all work fine when controlled directly from the Kasa app.

I've power cycled my router and Echos. I've read this support article. I still have these issues.

Any help is much appreciated.

Sometimes you need to power cycle the smart plug as it can loose wi-fi signal.  Try that.
