Title: Problems with Alexa understanding me and sudden speakers disconnection follows.
Post by: Silas on May 15, 2018, 02:14:51 pm
Hi everyone!

Our new echo-tube arrived today, for now we weren't able to ask anything to Alexa, the following happens:

We connect the speaker and Alexa says it's connected, and when we ask a question, Alexa says: sorry, I can't understand you, please try again later. After a short time, when asked again, she says that the speakers aren't connected. We haven't been able to find a solution to this problem, and it's rather frustrating, so, can somebody help me out?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Does Echo work fine without the added speakers in place  How are speakers joined to Echo, wired wireless, BT?
