Title: No more echo show

So I've had this working since almost day 1, forget how lol. Lost wifi, clicked on device to adjust wifi but it's not there so I deregistered device to try and start from scratch. But echo show isn't in the setup new device options, I forget how I got this working over a year ago and googling for help isn't helping, hope someone here can help me

Don't you have to start setup by pressing one of the buttons on the top and holding it down till it tells you to go to the app and continue from there?

To reset an Echo Show, do the following.

Swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings.
Select Device Options.
Select Reset to Factory Defaults. This erases all your personal information and settings on the device.

Then continue with the setup using the Alexa app as you did when it was new.

* This is different than other Echo devices because the Show does not have a physical reset button. It has a screen and many settings can be accessed thru the screen interface.

You guys are on to something, trying. Support just says no support for Canada.

Yeah that worked, between the fake support numbers and the real one not helping sheesh, thanks, up and running.
