Hi. I'm in the UK, had my Echo Dot since January live it. In the past 3 to 4 weeks it has driven me insane. It will tell jokes, it will set alarms and timers it will tell me the time, the day the date the year. But all too frequently when it's playing a Radio station it will cut off and simply won't come back on.
I have rest it, I have tried different networks, I have rebooted the router Hub even linked it via a personal hotspot through my mobile to a 4g network.
BUT it continues to play up. I ask it to say play Radio 2 on Radip Player or on Tunein the device responds that it is now playing the requested radio station, but then all is silent!!
Does anyone know what is wrong? Please HELP
