Title: Error Adding Household on Echo
Post by: justlevy on January 07, 2017, 12:30:58 pm
Hello everyone,

I'm getting an error when trying to add a household to my Amazon Echo. I'm the registered owner of the device and I'm trying to add my brother who wants access for development purposes primarily (test new skills, etc.).

In 'settings', 'Household Profile' he enters his Amazon credentials and an error pops up stating 'household was full.' That shouldn't be the case as we ask Alexa "Who's account is this" and it states there's only one account linked..

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

has he ever been allowed access to the account then removed?  if so, you need to contact customer support.
