Title: Timers now available in Alexa Routines

Just discovered that you can now add timers into routines. Yay!

Been waiting for this - as I'm sure many have.  Also, I discovered you can now reorder the events in the routines.  Neat!

You cannot set the 'Wait' action below 1 minute though...
If needed, it's doable with the help of Stringify.
