Title: Can not turn off Skills

I was listening to Pandora, when I said turn off, Alexa said ( I'm not sure what went wrong ). She kept on playing. I tried another skill, and same thing. The only way to turn her off is unplug. After she re-boots I tried again, to no avail. Anyone else have this problem?  This just started after enabling the Tivo skill. Thanks

I would suggest disabling the Tivo and see how it goes.

Thanks , that worked. I enabled again , and all is OK

That's good news wizee!  A bit like deleting a screwy app on ones phone and then reinstalling it. lol
