Title: US bought Echo - Can it work in Spain?

Hi there.

I have a US bought Echo. Can I make it work in Spain? If so, how? (I have tried, but it won't connect to our wifi here in Córdoba)

Additionally, we are moving back to the US in a couple of months, so once the Echo is set up in Spain, will we be able to switch all the settings and location back to our new address in California? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
