Title: I lower volume on dot but next time it speak its back at the loudest volume

Hello All,

Devices- Echo Dot 3.1, Echo Dot 2.2, Echo Dot 2.1

I have messed around in the Alexa app and the Dots themselves.

The Dot goes off and it's up at maximum volume. I verbally lower the volume to 5. Then the very next time the Dot speaks again it is back on maximum volume again.

try lowering the volume in the app and see if it helps.

I have a similar problem. I adjust the EQ to get rid of the heavy bass, and I can hear the difference if I make the adjustment while she’s talking. but Alexa just reverts back to default after that. The adjustments are useless.
