Title: "Guest Bedroom Light Doesn't Support That"
Post by: billster on December 24, 2018, 03:53:16 pm
Currently, I have an Echo Dot (3rd Gen), Echo Plus and an Echo installed.  I just installed the Echo Dot.  In two rooms in my house I have Phillip Hue bulbs, in lamps, and I can control them just fine.  I added a Phillip Hue bulb to a guest bedroom lamp and when I try to control the lamp I get the message "Guest Bedroom Light Doesn't Support that".  I can control the guest bedroom light with my Amazon Alexa App.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

Thanks - Bill

Is it working now.  Just read that Phillips is having a holiday outage.

Unfortunately it still doesn't work.  But thank you for your reply.
