Title: Echo Spot and Ring Video Doorbell

Just got, well a few days ago, a Ring Video Doorbell.

The spot gave me a live view when asked..alexa show me front door.

well that worked for two days, now all I get is that its not supported on the echo device.

The Ring itself works on my iphone and ipad

Any one got any ideas..Amazon have raised a support ticket or me and should get back to me before the weekend

I know this doesn't help you much, but I too have a ring video doorbell and its working fine on the echo spot.

I just tried it again now and its working OK.  Im not sure why you are getting a not supported message.  Presumably you've tried removing and re-enabling the ring skill.

Yep removed and restrated the app and nothing...Amazon front line support cannot get it to work either.

oh hold on 24 hours later its working again.....oh why is that.
