Title: Echo plus and hive

Hi all.
After speaking for over 1.5 hrs to amazon customer services I am no further forward.
I have a Echo Plus and Hive Heating. How can I get the Echo plus to be the bridge for the heating. I have done it with my lights but the heating is more fussy and it won't show.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi not really that explains how to connect the hive hub to the echo. I’m looking to connect it directly to the echo plus without a hive hub

I have a feeling that I have read somewhere that the Hive is proprietary - so you will need the Hive Hub to allow Alexa to control the heating.

I have the same issue, If we could remove the hive hub that would be ideal.

Any updates?
