Have been going round and round with eWelink via email as they of course are in China.
The last suggestion was to reset and repair the dimmer with their app. Of course this didn't work and now I can't even use their app to control the dimmer. Smart life app will not pair with it either.
Clearly an issue with the device or what's more apparent the eWelink servers.
Anyone find a solution?
