I'm glad to inform you that thanks to your latest video, our developers have found the true cause of the issue related to the volume of Alexa.

They are now working on an update to fix this feature. I cannot guarantee as to when this update will be released but I hope to receive more feedback for you soon.

Nope.  File 13 = trash can.  In other words I think they either gave up or you've been lead along.
