My Echo show calls the wrong device. The whole purpose of purchasing an Echo Show is to allow User B to Videocon with Users A or C.
User A (me) has a Echo Dot and gave Echo Show to his mom ( user B) so that she can videoconn with us. The Echo Show is still registered to User A, but is located in another location ( mom's house). User B has NO tech skills. In my Alexa account I see both the DOT and the Show.
User A installs Android version of Alexa App for videoconferencing.
User C installs iphone version of Alexa app for videoconferencing. User C also has an Echo Dot.
User A can Drop in on the Show just fine.
When the Show tries to call User A phone for Videocon , User A's Dot gets called instead of the phone.
When the Show tries to call User C iphone for Videocon, the Show calls the DOT of User C.
All users live apart. User A can still log in and change the settings on the Echo Show.
Please advise what changes or steps User B needs to take to connect to the phones instead of the DOTs.
