hello everyone, i am new to the Echo, not used it yet, but would like to know. i have hundreds of music files stored on my desktop pc. can i connect Echo with bluetooth to my pc, and play these tracks,  many thanks in advance. G. D B

yes of course. I actually bought mine as BT speaker first and foremost. You can't voice command specific song though. Unless you pay on that certain software.

Hello, thanks for reply. can you tell me what is the best software for me, to enable me to access the files with voice activation? if there is one.

I have a DOT 2nd gen.  through BT I listen to music on my Mac w/voice activation using iTunes.  I store all my music there.
If you are using Windows, there is iTunes for Windows:  https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Scroll down to the bottom of the page & click on the "Get iTunes for Windows" link.
