Echo dot connection to new wifi

Echo dot connection to new wifi

I am trying to connect my echo dot to my new wifi and I keep getting error messages.  The last error message was 10:2.17.5.1  I need some help with this.

Best thing to do is contact Echo customer service phone number.  They can guide you along via a phone chat.
