Can't connect to Internet with Echo-Dot

Can't connect to Internet with Echo-Dot

I just had a brand new router and modem installed today by Spectrum.  Now, I can't get my Echo-Dot to connect - to either the 2.4GHz channel or the 5.0GHz channel.  I'm just guessing, but could it be the security is different on the new router?  I need some help, please!

Have you gotten any other wireless devices to connect to the new hardware?  If not it could be a bad password issue. You should be able to get the Alexa device to connect to ANY properly working wi-fi system.  I would get the Spectrum folks back out to check.
