Using Echo with Two Broadlink RM2
« on: May 04, 2017, 10:15:28 am »
Hi All,
I have been using Alexa with a single Broadlink RM2 and RM Plugin app in the lounge successfully  for a few weeks and decided to get another one for the kitchen. I have been able to set up the e-control app and RM Plugin however when I import the new devices into Alexa and use the commands the commands are executed via the original Broadlink not the new one, even though the codes were set up using the new unit.

Has anyone successfully used the echo with two Broadlink units and if so perhaps point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Hi,

I've just joined the forum, so maybe a little late, but the way to connect your commands to a specific broadlink RM is in the RM Plugin, when you set it up in RM Plugin it lists the broadlink device, you just press on it and select the one you want to use.

Ping me if you need more help
